Van Wellen brings order to his portfolio

The Antwerp real estate group Van Wellen has rearranged its real estate interests. This was achieved through the partial demerger of the Van Wellen Storage company and the contribution of part of its assets in two other branches.

In this way, Van Wellen makes a clear distinction between the three branches of industry in the group, namely i) logistics real estate in and around the port of Antwerp, the historical core activity of the group, ii) logistics and semi-industrial real estate outside the port and iii) the residential land bank.
