In the port of Antwerp, the second largest petrochemical cluster of the world, warehouses form the indispensable link in logistics for storing goods or distributing them further by road, rail and inland shipping to the hinterland.

With approximately 967.000 m² of storage space, of which an important share is ADR warehouses, and about 53.000 m² of offices in and around the port of Antwerp, along the Albert Canal and in the south of the Netherlands, Van Wellen Group is the specialist in logistics real estate, for both conventional goods as environmentally critical and ADR goods that can be stored in accordance with strict fire and environmental standards.

In addition, Van Wellen Group develops unique concepts together with the end users. For storage spaces, we focus on international and Belgian companies that want to be present in Antwerp and other strategic locations, but do not wish to invest in real estate themselves.

This is a flexible strategy for these companies, because it creates room to maneuver in terms of timing and square meters.
