De Dames' - or 'de Dams' for short - is a household word in Antwerp.

Since 1834, this impressive building complex on the Meir served as a Catholic school. Today, the site has been redeveloped as a residential and work centre and also contains modern office space in a unique historic setting of +/- 800 m².

Details

The new construction project De Dams is a unique residential concept with office space in the historic centre of the city. It has its own private access to the Meir and is characterised by historic buildings that have been restored to their glory.

De Dams consists of several subprojects around a central courtyard garden. Such a courtyard garden in a working environment has nothing but advantages; greenery purifies the air, is good for body and soul and it brings people together. The office space is located in the subproject called the Gaanderij.

Besides the many tourists who come to visit the city, this is also a wonderful place for locals to stay, live and work.

Distance and accessibility

The historical centre needs little explanation. Everyone knows the Grote Markt, the cathedral, the Groenplaats... These are the main attractions of Antwerp.

Historic buildings, cosy streets, cafés, restaurants, terraces... This is Antwerp. Very easily accessible by bicycle, public transport and car (private underground parking).
