Since 28/04/2021, Van Wellen Group is the owner of this 10.000 m² building on the former Baloise site, which was already renovated in 2000.

The existing building with communal meeting rooms on the ground floor and a fitness room will be renovated in 2022. This will include sustainability investments, such as renewing the technical installations and installing solar panels on the new warehouse.
