This multifunctional warehouse complex includes approximately 8.500 m² of office space located around a beautiful courtyard.
The renovation works have now been completed. The old HVAC installation was completely dismantled and replaced by heat pump technology with a fossil free energy concept. The glass and warehouse facades are also addressed. By renewing the shell and the beating heart, the ecological footprint of this office is drastically reduced.
The office space on the ground floor was completely stripped down and given a thorough update. The spacious and inviting reception area was given a contemporary look, with a nod to the design of the past.
