The iconic Pioneer building is being renovated

Van Wellen Group is investing heavily in the renovation of the iconic Pioneer building along the E34 in Melsele.
The common areas (reception and cafeteria) will be completely updated. The current users (Pioneer, Kuraray and Yusen Logistics) will remain, but office space will be made available for an additional user or users.
