Something big is happening @ Houtdok Noordkaai….

We are very proud to be working on DOK VIEW, a new and ambitious commercial building on the Houtdok – Noordkaai. Vision, quality, innovation and boldness are perhaps the key concepts underpinning this project. 
DOK VIEW is situated in a unique location between Antwerp city centre, the port and the Ring. The combination of excellent accessibility, views of the water and the ongoing development of the neighbourhood makes this location one of Antwerp’s most attractive business hotspots.

The building stands out thanks to its sleek, modern architecture featuring high-quality materials, generous glazing and a strong focus on natural light. The combination of contemporary design and industrial elements fits perfectly with the character of the surroundings.

Sustainability is central to the development of DOK VIEW. The project will be equipped with energy-efficient technologies, renewable energy and an advanced home automation system that intelligently controls all technical installations.

DOK VIEW is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027. This adds yet another forward-looking project to the Van Wellen Group’s portfolio.
