Project developer Van Wellen Group is working on a unique residential project in the historic center of Antwerp. Many will undoubtedly remember "De Dames", the girls' secondary school. Van Wellen Group is now building a prestigious construction project here that honors history. It includes 117 starter apartments and luxury roof apartments.
Due to the low emission zone in Antwerp, there is need for a mobility solution for all residents. Van Wellen Group believes that electric driving is the future and chose to equip the underground parking spaces with charging stations for each apartment.
