New and ambitious hotel concept

Tine Vanparijs and Tim De Taeye plan a new and ambitious hotel concept in Knokke-Heist with Enso District

3 years after opening, the Enso Boutique hotel at 185 Elizabetlaan has become a popular hotspot in Knokke-Heist where gastronomy and architecture go hand in hand. Besides the 8 beautifully decorated rooms, everyone (including non-hotel guests) can enjoy excellent breakfast, brunch and lunch options in the restaurant. Founders of the congenial boutique hotel Tine Vanparijs (35) and Tim De Taeye (35) are full of ambition and already have new plans ready. Just before the summer of 2023, they will open their brand-new hotel concept on the 1st and 2nd floor of the Lake District tower building, near Duinenwater and Knokke's commercial centre.

Unique concept at prime location
Enso District will be a unique concept on a prime location next to the railway station. The perfect base from which to discover the multifaceted coastal municipality. Knokke-Heist stands for quality and the Enso Hospitality Group has understood that. As with Enso Boutique Hotel, the new concept will be finished to perfection. This is not surprising, as owners Tim De Taeye and Tine Vanparijs will take full control of the interior design with their own creative company Scratch Studio.

In-room experience tablet
All 34 hotel rooms will have a unique open floor plan, each with ceiling-high sliding windows and an accompanying terrace. The airy material palette in turn refers to the tranquillity of the Knokke-Heist beach. Every hotel guest will be able to experience a technological first in Belgium with a unique "in-room experience tablet" that can be used to control the entire room, but also multimedia or order an à la carte breakfast in bed.

From cosy rooms to suites with private wellness
The hotel offers a wide range of room types ranging from cosy rooms, to family rooms for larger families and even a spa suite where guests can enjoy their own private wellness. In the hotel lobby you will find a boutique shop where merchandising such as scented candles and sprays of the unique "ENSO fragrance" will be offered. In addition, the shop will display a selection of decoration and clothing in harmony with the new hospitality concept.

Restaurant Woyo Eatery
The combination of hotel and restaurant will also be continued in the new concept. A day restaurant will open on the ground floor under the name 'Woyo Eatery'. There, everyone can sample the same delicious cuisine as Enso Boutique Hotel's such as the already famous classic American pancakes, supreme croissants or homemade chunky granola bowl. Besides the restaurant, a take-away corner will be provided for your daily latte macchiato, breakfast cakes or original salads and sandwiches for lunch, 7 days out of 7!
