Located on the shores of the Duinenwatermeer and within walking distance of the beach, this project is probably one of the most eye-catching developments in Knokke in recent decades.

Duinenwater is a new lively residential area, complete with shops, restaurants and all amenities. A green oasis interspersed with the lively ambiance around the lake provides a unique living concept. Green is the common thread on the site, from the carefully landscaped avenues to the communal park gardens, courtyards and flower beds.

The leading architectural firm Arcas was called upon for the design. They succeeded in integrating buildings in a contemporary way in the typical Knokke architectural style. Red tiled roofs, white facing bricks and porches give Duinenwater the appearance of a villa park with stately residences. Authentic charm, great style.

Duinenwater has its own water sports club with Lakeside Paradise. But a luxurious indoor swimming pool with wellness has also been created in collaboration with Sportoase. Combine this with the brand new golf course and you realize that this is a unique project.
