Construction of Polderpark begins

To mark the official start of construction on Polderpark, the largest housing project Stabroek has seen in decades, a new open day will be held this Saturday from 2 pm to 4 pm.

The project marks a significant milestone in the development of a forward-looking, green and sustainable living environment in the heart of the municipality.

Polderpark is an initiative of Van Wellen Group and Polders Investeringsfonds and comprises ten urban villas with a total of 191 apartments, harmoniously embedded in a spacious landscaped setting with an adjoining park of approximately 10 hectares.

The project is being developed on the land between Sportweg, Dorpsstraat and Parklaan, and forms a new, green link between housing, nature and village life.
