Antwerp Express Port is a project of approximately 106.000 m² multifunctional warehouses for conventional and/or ADR goods or for production.
It is located on a plot of approximately 166.000 m² in Grobbendonk between the Albert Canal and the E313.
Ideal, because this provides a direct link to the container terminal that serves all major container terminals with its inland shipping service.

The warehouses and offices of Antwerp Express Port are ahead of their time in terms of safety regulations, sustainability and renewable energy.
Van Wellen Group is looking for companies that want to take trucks off the road and that have an eye for the "green" character of this project.
The project can be divided and there is room for expansion. Possible users are logistics companies, import companies, manufacturers with a European distribution center.
Distance and accesability
Antwerp Express Port and Dennie Lockefeer Container terminal are partners in this innovative project. It is located just outside the port of Antwerp at the intersection of the E34 (Turnhout Venlo) and the E313 (Hasselt / Aachen) with connections to Antwerp (30 km), Rotterdam (120 km), Zeebrugge and Germany.
Sustainability
Also at this sustainable business park, we have chosen to generate green energy via solar panels. As a result, our tenants save on their energy bills.
